Monster Island is the title of The Asylum’s 2019 mockbuster. It was released coincidentally around the same period as Godzilla King of the Monsters. Monster Island is about an island, also known as Monster Island, on which a monster can be found, who is also kind of the island, the Monster Island, if you will.


Due to the fact that this is a film about an asylum, it has a budget that is roughly equivalent to that of a large kid's meal and makes economical use of its resources by concentrating on a small number of human characters and keeping the (Monster Island Asylum) film's A-list actors in a single location so that they can shoot all of their scenes during a single lunch break. We must not forget that this film is about kaiju and, well, that's kind of how they do, so perhaps The Asylum won’t be as bad as we think.
